Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic F&B Server to join our team at Vista Restaurant and Terrace at InterContinental Hotel Dubai Festival City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with our high standards.
  • Clear and set up tables to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and follow service behavior to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Resolve any complaints or issues during your shift and log them for further follow-up.
  • Assist in maintaining service equipment and monitoring standards of guest facilities and services.
  • Control stock and monitor security procedures to prevent losses.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet and side stations to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Perform any reasonable tasks as instructed by your Manager.
  • Report any damaged or defective equipment to your superior.
  • Work carefully to minimize breakage and ensure a smooth operation.
