Key Responsibilities**Pricing and Invoicing**
- Review pricing sheets within 24 hours and coordinate upload with sales administration.
- Investigate pricing discrepancies entered by the salesforce and ensure best practices for pricing workflow are followed.
- Update customer formula pricing as needed and enter pricing into CRM as required.
**Service Exceptions and Complaints**
- Coordinate corrective actions on service exceptions with logistics, customer service, and account managers.
- Initiate complaint investigations, monitor progress, and provide updates to account managers.
**New Customer Onboarding**
- Act as the focal point for all new customer inquiries and contact new prospects to qualify opportunities.
- Set up contacts with new customers, arrange documentation, and send out new customer packages.
**Meeting Coordination and Reporting**
- Help organize internal sales meetings, distribution, and customer seminars.
- Coordinate vacation planning for the HPC EMEA Sales organization.
- Own reporting for open orders, forecast, monetized forecast, late orders, valid pricing in SAP, shelf life, and inventory.
**Contract Process and Customer Inquiries**
- Upload draft agreements to the approval tool and facilitate progress.
- Arrange signatures for approved agreements and ensure the rebate agreement process is smooth.
- Handle Ariba enquiries for Home & Personal Care.
- Coordinate collection of necessary information for inbound customer inquiries and questionnaires.
We are looking for a candidate with a relevant bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, or a related field. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and CRM, Power BI is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and finding solutions to meet customer needs.
