Hotel Front Office Manager

The Hotel Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service. This individual will be responsible for managing the front office team and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the front office team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and supervise front office staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest communication.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with yield management and cost controls.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
