Main Responsibilities:- Lead Front Desk Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front desk team, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Provide Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage Room Assignments: Ensure that rooms are assigned accurately and efficiently, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.
- Handle Cash Transactions: Process cash and credit transactions accurately and securely, maintaining a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Maintain Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in front office or guest services in a similar capacity.

- Qualifications: Familiarity with yield management and cost controls, good English language skills, and pleasant personality.
