We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving hotel revenue through efficient operations management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the Front Office, including room availability and guest arrival/departure satisfaction.
- Leading a team of front office staff to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.
- Collaborating with other departments to maximize hotel revenue and optimize guest experiences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a front office management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages a significant advantage.
- Able to manage guest requests and preferences efficiently, calmly, and courteously.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
