Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team at United Al Saqer Group. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing files, and performing data entry tasks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the management team.
- Filing System: Maintain a well-organized filing system and ensure all documents are up to date.
- Report Preparation: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Inventory Control: Develop and maintain a current and accurate inventory of office supplies.
- Data Management: Manage databases and perform data entry tasks.
- Mail and Package Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Team Support: Support the administrative team with general office duties as needed.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries appropriately.
- Event Coordination: Assist with event planning and coordination for company activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role; entry-level candidates are also welcome.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate in English - verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
