Job Description

As a Manager Experience Design, you will be involved in applying user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences for leading companies and the public sector.

You must be a strong leader when needed to support the team and have strong communication skills for exercises such as workshops, presentations, and work demos.

  • Evaluate existing sites for persuasiveness, emotional design, and conversion.
  • Prepare, conduct, and analyze behavioral research events, including stakeholder interviews.
  • Lead interactive design/user testing, identify & document patterns from the user research.
  • Provide recommendations to the client/internal team based on research findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree level in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a UX designer, information architect, or similar.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of UX across all devices.
  • Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools.
