  • Promote properties through various channels, including advertisements, open houses, and premier property platforms, to attract potential buyers and renters.
  • Understand and address clients' requirements and financial capacities to recommend suitable solutions, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Engage in negotiations and advise clients on market dynamics, pricing strategies, legal stipulations, and more, to ensure the best possible outcome.
  • Build and nurture networks, ensuring collaboration with all stakeholders for smooth transaction processes, including property owners, buyers, and renters.
  • Oversee purchase and leasing agreements, ensuring all terms are met, and clients are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Stay informed about the real estate landscape and uphold best practices, ensuring Foreground remains a leader in the industry.

Requirements:

  • A RERA-recognized real estate agent's or broker's license is an advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Real Estate Agent within the UAE, with a proven track record of success.
  • Independent work ethic complemented by strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local property market, including current trends and regulations.
  • Possession of a valid UAE Driving License is essential.
  • Russian-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
