A talented Automotive Technician is required to join our team at AAK Investment Company.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
We are looking for a certified advanced technician from a reputable automotive brand, with excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
Candidates should also have high computer literacy, with proficiency in email, MS Office, and in-house DMS and ERP solutions approved by the company.
Duties
- Utilize computerized diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical problems.
- Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with parts advisors and team leaders to enhance production and customer interaction.
- Diagnose malfunctions and execute authorized repairs.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
- Record all work completed on each vehicle.
- Manage tool inventory to optimize workflow.
- Remain current with factory technical updates and attend relevant training sessions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty.
