About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team, specializing in POS & Acquiring Solutions. As a key member of Cintel's sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new merchants for POS and acquiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and onboard new merchants for POS and acquiring solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses across various industries.
  • Present and sell payment solutions, including POS terminals, payment gateways, and acquiring services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience 1-2 Years in POS sales, acquiring, or payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, card payments, and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital payments, fintech solutions, and banking relationships is an advantage.
  • Fresher with finance background may also apply.
