The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the commercial landscape in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate prices, pricing revisions, and payment terms with customers, ensuring compliance with corporate policy.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the CSR Team to prepare offers and close new deals.
- Ensure accurate volume commitments and MOQs are defined in accordance with prices.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing in a regional role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously to achieve results.
