About the Role:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for our company.

  • Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to promote our company's employer brand and attract top talent.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements, and provide recommendations for improving our recruitment processes.

  • Process Improvement: Continually evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to enhance the candidate experience and increase the efficiency of our hiring process.

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, and ensure that our applicant tracking system is functioning properly.

  • Compliance: Ensure that our recruitment practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and proficiency in using sourcing tools and techniques.
