Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Support and Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Network Administration: Manage and maintain our clients' network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and network cables.
  • Cloud Computing: Administer and manage Microsoft Azure cloud environment, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems.
  • Endpoint Protection: Deploy and manage endpoint protection and network security applications to safeguard our clients' data and systems.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 Platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting servers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and experience in deployment and management of endpoint protection and network security applications.
  • Desirable: Strong knowledge of website development and digital marketing.
