The successful Sales Cloud Consultant will be responsible for selling MySQL Database Service and HeatWave on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) to organizations ranging from SMBs through Fortune 100. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Prospecting for net new business
  2. Forecasting, managing, and closing 50-60 workloads per fiscal year
  3. Identifying and utilizing key internal stakeholders in assigned territories
  4. Maneuvering across key customer stakeholders to evangelize MDS/HW to developers and Cloud Decision Makers
  5. Using ORCL Sales Tools effectively


To succeed in this role, you will need a BS or BA degree or applicable experience, demonstrated knowledge of direct software IT sales experience, and knowledge of local market business environment and network of business relations.

A career-level IC4 professional with +5 years of experience successfully selling specifically cloud services to organizations ranging from SMBs through Fortune 100 will be preferred.
