Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Administration

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the COO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes, ensuring timely follow-ups on action points.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Office Restructuring & Operations

  • Support the COO in executing the restructuring strategy for the Dubai office, ensuring efficient workflows, processes, and team structures.
  • Oversee office administration, including contracts, supplier relationships, and resource allocation.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and aligning HR policies with operational needs.
