About the Role
  • Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, achieve operational goals, supervise, and coordinate operational staff to meet objectives.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, assist in budget planning, and cost control measures, maintain records, and prepare reports on operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Road Maintenance Industry & Bridge Projects.
  • Any Planning Certification or equivalent.
