We are looking for a highly experienced VP Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth through targeted campaigns, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Lead the development and launch of an online store as a new sales channel, ensuring seamless integration with existing distribution networks.
- Build and optimize a distribution network across the Middle East, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
- Establish and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding into adjacent sectors while maintaining focus on core competencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably as a VP.
- Proven track record of delivering significant business results, with a minimum of $5M revenue growth in previous roles.
- Experience managing teams of at least 15 people, with a strong emphasis on leadership development and talent acquisition.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with Arabic language skills being a plus.
