Client Onboarding Specialist

The Client Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the client portfolio and onboarding process within our Middle East Desk. This position requires an individual with initiative and positivity to tackle challenges head-on, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services for clients.
This role involves acquiring new clients in predefined markets while adhering to cross-border rules. Key responsibilities include coordinating all client matters, developing and maintaining prospect lists, positioning clients as preferred partners, and handling client/prospect-related requests.
We are seeking a team player with hands-on experience in client onboarding within the financial sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Additionally, knowledge of the crypto industry and digital assets is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role are required. A university degree in Business, Finance, or Mathematics is also necessary.
In this dynamic role, you will work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure smooth onboarding and efficient due diligence processes. You will be responsible for defining and enhancing product and services catalogues for clients, while continuously self-educating in finance, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
