Job Overview

The Senior Purchasing Officer will play a key role in overseeing procurement, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

This role involves managing purchasing activities, maintaining relationships with suppliers, researching potential vendors, inspecting goods, and updating records.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Advanced negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in SAP and M.S. Office.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
