  • **Promotional Calendar Management**: Manage and maintain the promotional calendar for each country/brand to monitor demand increases and prevent backlogs.
  • **Consumables Fulfillment**: Oversee the consumables fulfillment process in collaboration with local and international suppliers to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • **Project Implementation**: Assist in the implementation of online projects for new brands and integration projects for new service providers.
  • **Supplier Integration**: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the seamless integration of new last-mile providers.
  • **Last-Mile Provider Identification**: Identify new last-mile providers and services in the region, and present recommendations to management based on their capabilities and suitability.
  • **Performance Evaluation**: Generate daily and weekly reports to evaluate the performance of last-mile providers, assessing metrics such as delivery times, customer satisfaction, and adherence to service-level agreements.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • TWO TO FOUR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN E-COMMERCE AND LAST MILE OPERATIONS OR A SIMILAR ROLE.
  • FLUENCY IN ENGLISH.
  • PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE.
