Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Manage data in spreadsheets and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings and events to promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and direct visitors, answer phone inquiries, and handle complaints in a professional manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure office supplies are maintained, including inventory checks and vendor coordination.
  • Travel Support: Occasionally travel off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.
  • Confidentiality: Protect confidential and sensitive information within filing systems.
  • Communication: Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and distribute important company news and information.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and printers.
  • Contract Administration: Maintain accurate contracts and agreements.
