We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team at Al Haktur IT Solutions in Dubai. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall office appearance.
  • Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for various administrative tasks.
  • Support different teams within the organization with administrative tasks and special projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
