Office Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team at Al Haktur IT Solutions in Dubai. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and overall office appearance.
- Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for various administrative tasks.
- Support different teams within the organization with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
