About the Role

As an After Sales Coordinator at UNIESTATE PROPERTIES LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to collect client payments efficiently, coordinate with the accounts team, and manage escalations for overdue accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will review updated Excel sheets from accounts to identify outstanding and bounced payments and take prompt action to resolve these issues.
  • Preparation and dispatch of payment reminders to clients, validation of proof of payment from clients, and uploading of proofs to Wrike will be your key tasks.
  • Following up on overdue payments through various channels, escalating long-pending payments as per procedure, and sending monthly payment progress reports to Manager and the Handover Team are additional responsibilities.
  • You will work closely with the Registration Team to prepare SPAs for units and assist them in preparing necessary documentation.
  • Analyze and maintain internal payment monitoring systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the payment coordination workflow.
  • Support the handover team by sending reminders and assisting clients regarding their queries.

Your Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Wrike project management software.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or accounts-related roles.
