Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop successful agents (brokers) to achieve sales targets
  • Generate client leads for buying and selling properties (off plans/ready to move)
  • Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Recruit agents to increase brokerage size and sales
  • Provide guidance on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning for agents
  • Show properties to potential buyers (investors)
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchasing agreements, deeds, and other documents for real estate transactions
  • Maintain client relationships and meet with clients regularly
  • Track, collect, and interpret sales figures and report on performance
  • Stay informed about the real estate industry
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate (off plans/ready to move)
  • Preferred nationality: Italian, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Indian
  • Strong background in real estate, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Salary Offer:

AED 12,000 basic per month + attractive commission
