- Implement accurate and timely processing and payment of monthly payroll of all employees/consultants based on the payroll summary provided by Human Resources while considering any other relevant adjustments.
- Calculate and process payment of final settlement.
- Record, reconcile, and maintain accurate payroll accounts (including disbursements but not limited to salary) and keep files on a confidential manner.
- Lead Payroll system implementation.
- Issue monthly pay slip for employees.
- Ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly authorized as per Company policy.
- Respond to payroll queries or complaints.
- Facilitate audit by providing payroll information and documents to internal/external auditors and Ministry of Labour (including payroll register, paid salary, overtime, provision for leave, indemnity, annual leave ticket, bonuses, and staff advances).
This role requires close coordination with HR and Treasury Account for cash management and payments made on a daily basis.
