The Ideal Candidate
As an Interior Onboarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of new properties, ensuring they meet company standards. Key responsibilities include managing interior fit-out projects, coordinating with vendors & suppliers, ensuring property readiness, conducting quality control & compliance checks, tracking project progress, communicating with stakeholders, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in interior fit-out, property onboarding, or project management within the holiday homes, hospitality, or real estate industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with interior design concepts, fit-out procedures, and furniture procurement.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple properties and vendors efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address fit-out challenges and resolve issues effectively.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is required.
