We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Channel Development Manager. Key Responsibilities- Develop and agree representation strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive performance to achieve quarterly and annual targets, including bonuses, across brand representation, customer experience, and process excellence.
- Develop and steer mid and long-term dealer development plans to ensure market readiness, exploitation, and future sales growth.
- Lead the implementation of BMW's new customer retail concept across processes, roles, and facilities to create an integrated and customer-centric retail environment.
- Drive the implementation of retail-related consulting programs and activities, including the RPM program, in close alignment with Sales and Aftersales Area Management.
- Steer customer satisfaction measures and actions to ensure continued improvement in customer experience while maintaining a customer-centric dealership culture.
- Implement, measure, and enforce BMW Retail Operating Standards to ensure ongoing compliance, including action plan implementation.
- Consult and support on the development and qualification of retail organization through recruitment, training, and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with importer management.
- Support benchmarking and identification and implementation of best practices.
- University degree in Business Administration and Management.
- Proven record of >5 years' experience within Sales or Aftersales operation, with previous Area Management experience preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive retail operations and processes.
- Ability to benchmark and identify best practices, turning insights into plans and actions.
- Track record in steering and influencing senior stakeholders and management structures.
- Ability to drive and effect change.
Working hours: full time
