Job Description

**Job Title:** Real Estate Sales Executive

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team at DAEW. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential, commercial, and industrial properties, generating leads, meeting with clients, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
  2. Client Meetings and Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Provide information on available properties and market trends. Conduct property showings and site visits.
  3. Sales and Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with buyers and sellers. Prepare and present offers to clients and manage counteroffers. Ensure all sales transactions are conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market, including property values, trends, and new developments. Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
  5. Documentation and Compliance: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of legal documents, such as contracts and purchase agreements. Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.
  6. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the buying or selling process. Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  7. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties. Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, listings, and online advertisements. Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional events.
  8. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Update and manage customer databases and CRM systems. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role.
  3. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
  4. Sales and Negotiation: Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills.
  5. Client Relationship: Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  7. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Language Skills: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
  1. Valid UAE Driving License: Valid UAE driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  2. RERA Certification: RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
  3. Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
