Projects Coordinator

Job description:
- Develop and maintain project schedule and distribute information in a timely manner to ensure that full compliance to the contract is adhered to
- Provide required information to Design Coordinator to ensure design aspects are managed
- Manage and monitor all sub-contractor works for compliance to their contracts
- Liaise with planning department in regards to design, engineering, production, logistics and installation scheduling
- Liaise with commercial department and Project Quantity Surveyor on all variations and cost implications
- Liaise with procurement and production department on all technical procurement issues
- Prepare, monitor and track all CVP's (Customer Variation Proposal) and CVI(Customer Variation Instruction)
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for submission to Senior Management and Client
- Attend all designated meetings with Client or nominated representative, with sub-contractors, designers, site, factory and office
- Implement and maintain Occupational safety and health plan on site
- Set up and maintain a well-structured site office and manage onsite Fit-out supervisors
- Coordinate the flow of information between sub-contractors
- Establish and maintain supplier relationships and contacts
- Prepare transmittal letters, FF&E manuals, and material manuals
- Prepare/organize drawings for Authority's approval
- Review the technical queries/clarifications from the subcontractor, prepare clarification and raise the relevant queries/clarifications to the Design Manager
- Review the clarifications from the consultant and transmit to all interfacing subcontractors as per the Design Manager's direction
- Coordinate / follow up with subcontractors to ensure drawing submittals are completed as per schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors, Project team, and consultants for completing the design activities of the project as per schedule
- Assist with procurement and estimation if required
**Requirements**:
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of Fit-out & Joinery experience with 5 or more years of relatable construction experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Construction related Bachelor / Master Degree is mandatory
- Developed computer skills (PowerPoint, Spreadsheets, Reports, Databases, Planning tools etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Tagalog is preferred.
Desired profile:
- Previous project coordination experience in Interior fit-out and joinery works of luxury commercial, medical, food & beverage, hospitality and residential projects.
- Track record of delivering high-spec & high-value projects, on-time and in-budget
- Solid experience in project costing, scheduling and preparing responses to proposals
- Ability to work unaided and think on their own initiative
- Must be highly flexible and adaptable

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
