Role: Sales & Project Coordinator (Female)
**Responsibilities**:
Sales Support:Assist the sales team in generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining sales records.
Provide sales reports, data analysis, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Project Coordination:Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate project-related meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in projects.
Customer Relationship Management:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and project-related documents.
Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the sales and project management teams.
Organize and maintain project files, documentation, and records.
Assist in the preparation of project-related presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Team Collaboration:Foster positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in sales coordination and project management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
