Position Overview

Reap HR Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant and Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess approximately two years of experience in accounting and will be responsible for various financial tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.
  • Analyze budgets and prepare expense reports.
  • Review tax regulations and manage tax obligations.
  • Engage with clients to address sensitive financial matters.
  • Record transactions and classify entries in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, and expenses).
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Evaluate transactions in collaboration with internal and external parties.
  • Conduct month-end and year-end financial closures.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for audits.

Qualifications:
