We are looking for an Accounts assistant to provide day to day support and co-ordination to the Accounts department.

The Accounts assistant must have good organization ability and communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately record financial transactions in Tally software, including invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing clients and processing supplier invoices.
- Maintaining petty cash.
- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

**Job Requirements**
- Hands-on experience with accounting and **ERP software - Tally prime**:

- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to details.
- Can work well under pressure.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
