Admin & Accounts Assistant

Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts head as needed
- Assist with payroll processing and administration
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding financial matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- administrative and accounts assistant: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Al Quoz (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Al Quoz: Relocate before starting work (required)
