Job Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented and seasoned Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial functions. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with overseeing financial documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, generating financial reports, and aiding in strategic financial planning to maintain the fiscal health and integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Generate and evaluate financial statements in accordance with established accounting standards
  • Budget Oversight: Formulate and manage budgets, offering insights for financial enhancement
  • Accounts Management: Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
  • Reconciliation Tasks: Perform bank reconciliations and promptly resolve discrepancies
  • Tax Compliance: Guarantee adherence to tax laws, manage tax filings and audits
  • Payroll Oversight: Ensure accurate payroll processing
  • Internal Controls: Establish internal controls to safeguard financial records
  • Financial Analysis: Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required. Preference will be given to candidates with CPA or CMA certification.

Experience:
A minimum of 10 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electrical cable sector, is preferred.

Skills:
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, effective communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
