About the Role:
As an Architectural Draughtsman at Joint Star International, you will play a vital role in creating detailed architectural drawings and collaborating with our design team to develop innovative and functional designs. Your expertise in building codes, regulations, and construction techniques will ensure that drawings comply with industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, using CAD software or traditional drafting techniques
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts and translate them into accurate drawings
- Conduct site surveys and field measurements as needed to support project development and construction
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and records of revisions
- Participate in regular design reviews and provide input on design development

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in architecture, drafting, or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
