About the Job

This position involves creating accurate and detailed engineering drawings for infrastructure dry utilities, primarily MV, LV Power Distribution, and Pumping Stations. You will work closely with experienced CAD & BIM Managers and Design Leads to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop precise and detailed engineering drawings based on provided information and established standards.
  2. Review and enhance drawing readability, presentation, and adherence to standards, ensuring compliance with company QA/QC processes.
  3. Work collaboratively with other disciplines to resolve coordination issues and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Participate in other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  1. A relevant 3-Years Diploma/Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Draughtman related field.
  2. At least 5+ years of experience in MEA/UAE CAD drafting for infrastructure and dry utilities projects, including MV, LV Power Distribution, and Pumping Stations.
  3. Strong understanding of software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM & Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
  4. Familiarity with Common Data Environment: ProjectWise & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  5. Effective English language communication skills.
