  • Welcoming passengers on board and ensuring a smooth and safe flight experience
  • Providing accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight procedures, safety protocols, and destination regulations
  • Conducting pre-flight checks to ensure all seat belts and galleys are secure
  • Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and responding to passenger inquiries during the flight
  • Serving meals and refreshments, as well as selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any applicable restrictions
  • Ensuring passengers follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations and providing first aid when necessary
  • Providing technical assistance and maintenance support as required
  • Developing strong relationships with passengers and ensuring their needs are met throughout the flight

Requirements:

  • 12th standard or undergraduate/graduate degree (freshers welcome)
  • Strong verbal communication skills and excellent personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
