Cargo Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Cargo Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of the cargo operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of cargo.

Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and review dnata cargo standards (dCOM) based on IATA publications and industry best practices.
  • Represent the company in the dCOM global committee, managing UAE cargo-specific certifications and audits.
  • Analyze trends and gaps in Airline Manuals and bulletins, validating against standard operating procedures through gap analysis.
  • Liaise with Customer Airlines to encourage acceptance of established standards and operating procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in cargo operational and non-operational areas, recommending effective control measures to senior teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to maintain high service standards and monitor Cargo iQ performance of all airlines.
