Responsibilities:
  • Operational & Guest Experience Management:
  • Ensure daily operations across all hotel departments run smoothly, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards, delivering world-class experiences for all guests.
  • Implement effective guest feedback strategies, monitor reviews, and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Uphold the hotel's brand standards and quality assurance guidelines.
  • Financial Performance & Revenue Management:
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and execute revenue generation strategies, including occupancy rates, pricing, and cost control measures.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing hospitality team.

  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies, hospitality standards, and service excellence.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and global hospitality standards.

  • Manage crisis response plans and ensure staff readiness for emergency situations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience within a luxury or international hotel brand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in guest experience management, operations, and financial planning.
  • Proven track record in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Ability to lead and motivate large, multicultural teams.
