  • Identify high-value opportunities and quick wins.
  • Categorize clients into tiers and implement tailored strategies for each tier to enhance revenue.
  • Eliminate ad review obstacles for advertisers by effectively liaising with customers and internal teams (ads review, finance, product, etc.) to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (POC/Data/self-service PM/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to create product features, tools, and account management strategies that empower clients and improve account management efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager within the digital advertising or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Keen attention to detail and a demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a dynamic, client-facing technical services environment supporting web-based products.
  • Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
