Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Anantara Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapies and body treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, addressing them by name and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Service Standards: Contribute to maintaining high service standards in accordance with our company's Standard Operations Manual.
  • Massage Therapies: Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in our Standard Training Manual.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment associated with service is functioning at all times.
  • Guest Education: Provide information on services and treatments, highlighting the benefits and advantages to our guests.
  • Events and Training: Assist with demonstrations and events as required, and participate in new training and refreshing programs as needed.
  • Log Book Maintenance: Update the Therapist Log Book regularly.
  • Assignments and Deadlines: Complete all assignments stated by deadlines, following the guidelines provided by the spa manager or supervisor.
  • Adaptability: Respond to changes as indicated by the company.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.
  • Certifications: CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Preferred Qualification: Preferably female therapist.
