Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Sell new and existing exhibitions to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
- Remain up-to-date with developments within the exhibition industry, especially sales innovations.
- Conduct market research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices.
- Contribute to the preparation of all sales promotions material.
- Provide leadership and training to the Sales team.
- Develop prospects to encourage visitor promotion.
- Expand and develop the exhibition database.
- Contact possible new markets to attract exhibitors.
- Manage floor plans effectively.
- Control sales budgets to ensure achievement of revenue and targets.
- Coordinate with Operation and Marketing teams to assure the exhibition meets high standards.
- Develop new sales initiatives for maximum client retention and acquisition.
- Deliver all sales-related financial revenues and targets.
- Develop new sales innovations and programs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Effectively set, track, and deliver targets across all sales bands.
- Effectively manage sales agents and national associations networks.
- Implement key account strategy and program.

- Organized and systematic approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial sector or B2B events.
- Experience in the exhibition industry is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Deep knowledge of the financial sector and foreign exchange is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to events and conferences.

Graduates, Post-Graduates, or College Level, with experience in sales and communications or related field (3 to 5 years in ERP sales, Exhibition Sales experience in the GCC region and Asia) with a wide knowledge of Forex market, Cryptocurrencies, and Blockchain. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication. Preferable English & Hindi language, Arabic will be a plus. Hardworking and can work on weekends and holidays if required.
