- Lead and motivate the crane operations team to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategies to improve crane efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
- Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of crane operators and maintenance personnel.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the team is aware of and follows all safety procedures.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on crane performance, maintenance, and other key metrics.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crane operations, with a proven track record of success.
