Responsabilidades Clave

Ejecutar Mantenimiento General

  • Realizar trabajos en instalaciones y equipos que requieran rectificación rutinaria o de emergencia. Atender quejas recibidas de los usuarios finales y visitar físicamente el sitio para determinar la magnitud del problema, llevando a cabo reparaciones menores o contactando a contratistas de mantenimiento para defectos mayores.
  • Inspeccionar, monitorear y dar seguimiento a los contratistas de mantenimiento para asegurar que se proporcione el estándar de trabajo requerido de manera oportuna y conforme a los términos y condiciones del contrato, rectificando satisfactoriamente todos los problemas reportados.
  • Proporcionar supervisión técnica sobre la ejecución de contratos de desarrollo relacionados con proyectos menores y modificaciones.
  • Desempeñar un papel clave en asegurar traspasos adecuados y organizar los certificados de cierre de trabajo, como los Certificados de Aceptación Provisional (PAC).
  • Revisitar sitios que han tenido problemas para inspeccionar y evaluar el trabajo realizado, asegurando que el problema se haya rectificado conforme a los estándares y preparando un informe escrito para presentar al Supervisor de Mantenimiento.
  • Verificar a los contratistas de terceros en la realización de una variedad de trabajos de mantenimiento para las estaciones de servicio y oficinas, llevando a cabo inspecciones diarias rotativas de señalización y obras civiles.
  • Rectificar cualquier problema menor de naturaleza urgente y reportar cualquier problema mayor al Supervisor General.

Mantenimiento y Contratistas de Mantenimiento

  • Revisar la lista de verificación diaria generada por el Contratista según los informes de servicio programados diariamente, semanalmente, mensualmente y anualmente.
  • Guiar al contratista de mantenimiento para acceder a los diversos servicios instalados en los edificios de oficinas y estaciones de servicio de acuerdo con los planos de construcción, proporcionando la información necesaria para realizar los diversos trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Atender diversas quejas en las estaciones de servicio y oficinas relacionadas con el mantenimiento recibidas a través del sistema ERP.
  • Brindar apoyo para actividades de mantenimiento civil realizadas dentro de la División de Mantenimiento, tales como carpintería, pintura, aire acondicionado, plomería, etc.
  • Atender todos los fallos asignados de manera oportuna, realizar las reparaciones necesarias y asegurar que el equipo vuelva al servicio lo antes posible, garantizando que se tomen todas las precauciones de seguridad.
  • Asegurar que las instrucciones de seguridad se cumplan rigurosamente durante todas las etapas del trabajo en áreas peligrosas.
  • Realizar tareas de archivo de todo el programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo completado de manera regular para mantener registros actualizados, asumiendo las funciones de otros Técnicos de Mantenimiento durante su ausencia o licencia anual.
  • Atender consultas y solicitudes de los usuarios finales en ausencia del Supervisor.
  • Verificar el presupuesto de cantidades en el sitio presentado por los contratistas.
  • Inspeccionar y elaborar informes sobre los proyectos mayores en curso.
  • Asegurar la calidad de los materiales utilizados para la ejecución de trabajos durante las inspecciones rutinarias.

Requisitos Mínimos

  • Diploma Técnico o Certificado de Escuela Secundaria con un certificado de oficio en el campo relevante.
  • Diploma en Ingeniería Civil.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en el departamento de Mantenimiento General en la Industria del Petróleo y Gas.
