  • Training and Development

    • Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations, including labor laws and employment standards.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Computer literate with a sound knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
