Overview:

Salt is a leading global software vendor seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive revenue growth in the Enterprise vertical in the UAE.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive new business acquisition and revenue generation from Enterprise accounts.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and market presence.
  3. Identify, qualify, and build new opportunities through a proactive sales approach.
  4. Accurately forecast sales, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in software solutions sales within the Enterprise vertical, with at least 5 years being locally in the UAE.
  • A strong track record in selling high-ticket, value-based solutions and managing enterprise sales cycles.
  • A deep understanding of Enterprise solutions, digital transformation, and technology trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets and drive new business growth.
  • Expertise in forecasting sales trends and devising strategic sales plans.
  • Strong account management and business acumen, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with SIs and partners on large and complex deals.
  • Ability to conduct strategic market analysis and execute effective go-to-market plans.
  • Established relationships with CXO-level executives within enterprise organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
