We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated School Counsellor to join our team at GEMS Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic, personal, social, emotional, and career counseling to students, as well as designing and implementing a counseling program that meets the needs of the school and student body.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Counselling: Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students, addressing their academic, personal, social, emotional, and career concerns.
  • Counseling Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive counseling program that aligns with the school's mission and values, and meets the needs of students.
  • Student Support: Work with students to ensure a smooth transition to the school, and provide ongoing support to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Collaboration with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to provide support and guidance to students, and to ensure that students receive the help they need to succeed.
