Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas, and circulatory spaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to set standards and procedures
  • Ensure guests' requests are promptly and courteously met
  • Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to Supervisor
  • Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of housekeeping operations and procedures
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Candidates should hold a secondary education and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel environment.
