About the Role

As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Guest Services: Provide personalized attention to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Check-in/Check-out Process: Ensure a seamless and efficient check-in/check-out process, utilizing our systems and processes to minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction.
  3. Issue Resolution: Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or issues, escalating to management if necessary to ensure resolution.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive guest experience.
  5. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or Guest Services, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
