Job Description:

This HR Assistant role plays a critical part in supporting the HR department across our group of companies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection:
    • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the organization.
    • Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates.
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Onboarding & Employee Relations:
    • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Address employee concerns with professionalism and ensure positive employee engagement.
    • Maintain strong communication with employees and management to foster a healthy work environment.
  • HR Administration & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
    • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Handle employee requests regarding HR-related matters, such as leaves, payroll queries, and benefits.
  • Performance & Training Support:
    • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
    • Support performance management processes and track employee progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multi-company setup.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and communicate confidently with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
